This one-day intensive certification classes will be offered by
Executive Chef, Alicia Ojeda and Living Light Certified Associate
This course was held in Portland last August following the Portland
Raw Food festival and it was a big success!
We are returning to the Pacific Northwest, this time to the Seattle
This is a great opportunity to take this course in a one day format.
Fundamentals is the first step in becoming a certified associate
chef and instructor and is open to everyone, from novice to
professional chefall skill levels are welcome!
Learn to make healthy and delicious everyday favorites using whole,
fresh, ripe,raw, living organic ingredients. This one-day intensive
is packed with information and demos.
You will see and sample:
rich nut milks and creams appetizers and pates cultured foods
smoothies, sauces, dressings soups and salads simple entrees,
dehydrated cookies, crackers and snacksdesserts
You willalso learn about:
kitchen gardening and sprouting basic knife
techniques equipment use
The course includes a complete recipe binder and resource guide as
well as a delicious and nutritious gourmet buffet lunch!
Required text for the workshop is Angel Foods by Cherie Soria. It
can be purchased at the class.
