      Get ready for education, conversation, and inspiration! Using the book Conscious Eating by Gabriel Cousens, M.D. and the supportive guidance of Tashi Rana (M.A., Vegan/Live-food Nutrition), this 8-week series will teach you how to gain energy, happiness, and connection through conscious food choices. Acquiring and reading Conscious Eating before or during this series is highly recommended but not required.
