      Dr. T is a strong advocate of a life food (predominantly raw food) diet and as per his last visit to Portland in January, he is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced speaker who can communicate clearly and practically with everyone from highly trained physicians to the general public. He is deeply intent upon debunking the myths within the raw food movement and empowering people to become educated about the truths.

      Join us for an educational lecture with Dr. Adiel Tel-Oren ("Dr. T") and learn about how nutrition and lifestyle affect skin appearance, aging, and chronic disease. Dr. T is a Holistic Scientist who teaches nutritional & environmental medicine, approaches to diagnosis & therapy, and disease prevention via a truly natural lifestyle & dietary modification. Trained as an MD in Europe and in the USA, he is a licensed and certified clinical nutritionist and President Emeritus of the University of Natural Medicine (Santa Fe, NM), where he serves as Dean of Medical Sciences and Professor of functional, nutritional, & clinical medicine.
