I understand that short fasts of a day or two are best
for beginners. As you progess you can increase the
fasting days. I think that fasting with drinking only
water and fresh green juices would be ideal. I've only
done a 2 day fast once myself. It was easy but when I
broke the fast and ate for the first time my throat
hurts so much it made me not want to do another fast.
Maybe it would be better now since I've been raw
(about 95% raw) for almost a year.
