I have two raw kids, Cora (2) and Dillan (4). I nursed both as long
as possible, Cora is still being nursed 50% of the time.
I did not keep them from food, to insisted nursing, but just followed
along with their natural food instincts.
As for what food you should feed your baby. Blending in a blender is
a great way to make baby food, and pre-chew their foods. Especially
greens can be made palatable that way. Lots of fruit and then a third
of greens in a blender, and voila, perfect baby food.
I would stay away from nuts and grains until at least 1 1/2 years
old, they are harder to digest, than fruits and veggies.
I didn't get into blending until I read Victoria Boutenko's 'Green
For Life' book. My son started out eating avocados, bananas and any
soft ripe fruit we could get our hands on.
Please message me, if you have more questions, or just want to chat.

> I'm wondering if anybody could tell me how they went about feeding
their babies a raw diet. It seems like a no-brainer, but so
many 'first' foods are cooked, I'm not sure what to do exactly. I
have a 7 month old who's ready to eat, we've given her avocado and a
few other fruits and are interested in any experiences others have
