In the USA, 14.1% of the pop. age 15-64 uses (illegal) cannabis each year. Notice,
this is much greater usage than in countries like Netherlands (7%)
where cannabis use is legal.
So apparently legalizing drugs would reduce users (?). Netherlands has
lower use rates than USA for every drug category studied.
USA has 2.2% for cocaine use, 0.5% to 1.8% for various other kinds of drug (depends which

No death rate number was given for the USA, but I'd guess
based on other countries with numbers it would be around 100.
