APRS Position packets, with user selectable information embedded in the comment string.

The same GPS antenna seen in this picture, on the website:
http://www.rpc-electronics.com/img/rtrak/hab/promos/rtrak-hab-v10-promo-010-medium.jpg> Q3 - GPS antenna powered of passive ?
Active, +3.3V. The active voltage is supplied through the GPS antenna matching network, on-board.> Q4 - ADC - telemetry packet ?
The raw ADC values will be reported through the position packets, in the comment string. This feature is being worked on and will be available shortly. If it is not available at the time of shipping, the unit can be user-flashed with the firmware, when it becomes available.> Q5 - Output controls ??? how does this work ?
These are general purpose outputs that can be used for controlling various external devices. The most noted is controlling a digital camera for syncing the photos with position packets.
