Jason,Does the antenna have a built-in LNA? If so, do you know what voltage? The RTrak-HAB induces a +3.3V voltage through an inductor onto the RF feed to power the stock antenna's LNA. If your LNA needs +5V, the supplied 3.3V is obviously not enough and if for some reason it's 1.8V, 3.3V is too much and might have damaged the antenna's LNA.Can you connect up the stock antenna and get the RTrak-HAB to operate normally?Just a couple of thoughts off the top of my head!

Got some RTrak-HAB models that worked and have been on the shelf for
several months. I built new packaging (to allow for the very position
sensitive GPS antenna) and the things won't get lock. I've had them
outside with the GPS antenna facing at most 10 degrees or so off
vertical, and only one of the 4 has locked, and that one took about 30
or 45 minutes.
