    Ground issues. (Search out Cruiser54's tips on Comanche club), fuel pump relay that's weak or something weird causing the computer to not function correctly.

    Phil is right, 14.5 psi so that 10-14psi pump can not put out enough pressure and probably volume. More info here on the TBI
