Group Description

We are an appraiser’s association in Northern California that participates in this forum to discuss topical issues affecting our industry, to provide help for our fellow members, to discuss issues of mutual interest and to share tips, techniques and ideas. The REAA website is http://reaaca.org, which has information about the REAA, our roster, information about classes and a membership page where you can join.

General, Certified, Licensed, Trainee and retired appraisers are welcome for their knowledge, insights or questions. A consensus of our peers is available to each of us if we describe our situation in enough detail to encourage meaningful responses. Mutual support, help and guidance can be found here.

Participate or observe in silence. Send private emails to me if you are shy or do not want to post questions in public. I will post them without identifying you and you can benefit from the responses of the group.

When being admitted to the forum, introduce yourself to the group. Give your location, specialties, if any, professional goals, etc.

Membership is limited at this time to appraisers and, on a case by case basis, applicants who demonstrate that their participation will be beneficial to the group.

Please submit a Complete Profile including at least a Name and Location.

Anyone found soliciting the users of this forum in any business manner will be removed from the list.

The REAA Forum is a "No Flame Zone". Posts that are accusatory, mean spirited or defaming to individuals or companies will not be tolerated.

All members are requested to "Sign" their posts with their name and city/state, company name or web site URL.
