      Date: Sunday Oct 8, 2006
      Location: Kings Landing Park
Time: Starts Between 11-2:00, Everyone must off the course by 4:00
      pm.

Kings Landing is small park so there will be only courses up
through green. As an extra enticement, there will also be a sprint
      course.

      Sprint: 1.93K
      White: 2.6K
      Yellow: 2.8K
      Orange: 3.8K
      Brown: 4.2 K
      Green: 4.6K

      From Washington DC Beltway:
Kings Landing Park is about 35 minutes from the DC beltway exit for
Rt 4 (Pennsylvania Ave). Take MD Rt. 4 south/east for about 28 miles
from the DC Beltway and 7.5 miles past Dunkirk. Look for the signs
for Kings Landing Park and Huntington Town Center, both for the exit
to the right onto Md. Rt. 524. After 0.6 miles, turn right onto
Huntingtown Rd. (staying on Rt. 521 briefly.) Stay straight, and
after 1.2 miles (at the four-way jct.) continue straight onto Kings
Landing Rd. After 2 miles, turn left on the dirt road within Kings
Landing County Park to the pavilion.
      From the North (Baltimore Area):
Take Route 3 south towards Upper Marlboro. Route 3 becomes US Route
      301. Continue south on Route 301to the exit for MD Route 4 south
(towards Prince Frederick). Take MD Route 4 south to Old Town Road
(Rt 524) west which is on the right about 7 1/2 miles south of
Dunkirk, and about 5 miles south of the intersection of Rts 2 and 4.
The turnoff for Rt 524 is marked by a large sign for Kings Landing
Park. After less than 1/2 mile on Rt 524, turn right again onto Rt
521 and continue straight onto Huntingtown Road. At the four way stop
continue straight onto Kings Landing Road which will dead end into
the park. Follow signs in the park to the registration area. Drive
time is estimated at 1 1/2 hours from Balitmore.
      From South and West:
Take Rt. 17 North from Norfolk, head toward Fredericksburg, VA /
Fort. A.P. Hill. Turn right onto US 301 north at Port Royal. Continue
across the Potomac River (Nice Bridge, which is a toll on your way
home only). About 4 miles after crossing the bridge, there will be a
sign pointing to Patuxent River Naval Air Station on the right. This
is MD route 234. Take a right turn onto 234 east. After about 5 1/2
miles take a left onto Trinity Church Road. After about 2 1/2 miles
take a slight left to stay on Trinity Church Road. About 3 miles
later Trinity Church Road becomes Olivers Shop Road. Stay straight to
go onto MD-231/Burnt Store Road. Continue to follow MD-231 for about
16 miles. Turn left onto MD-4/MD-2 North (Solomons Island Road).
After about 6 miles, turn left onto MD 524/Old Town Road. There
should be a Kings Landing Park sign marking this turn off. After
about 1/4 mile turn left onto MD-521 and then stay straight on
Huntingtown Road. At the four way stop continue straight onto Kings
Landing Road which will dead end into the park. Follow signs in the
park to the registration area. Drive time is estimated at 4 hours
      from Norfolk.
