The Membrane Source or 'Mo Yuan' is the region between the diaphragm and the
pleura of the lung for the purposes of the Wen Bing. The pulse position for
evaluating this is in the distal portion of the diaphragm pulse -- look for
sensations of agitation, urgency, and/or slipperiness in this area to help
confirm latent heat in the membrane source.

A guiding prescription for this type of problem is Lei's Membrane Source
      Diffusing and Outthrusting Method:
      Hou po magnolia
      Bing Lang areca
      Cao Guo tsoakuo
      Huang Qin scutellaria
      Fen Gan Cao shaved licorice
      Huo Xiang agastache
      Ban Xia pinnellia
