         thru the ages the continents and seas have changed dramatically, old lands sink, and seabeds rise.  the mystics tell us that long ago lemuria was more extensive than it was when it sank 50,000 bce.  it had wrapped around africa from the indian ocean, and went north to include the uk and norway.  its my opinion that the blacks of melanesia separated from other africans at that early epoch.  it would be interesting if dna studies could determine how long ago that genetic split occurred.  the earliest appearance of blacks in the americas and east asia, like the olmecs, probably had an origin from lemuria.
