      hi bernardo, all
very interesting study you have made.  i dont know of anyone else doing this work.   i considered these only designs, and connected them to the tiwanaku culture, preceding the inca.  these seem similar to those found at nazca.  if its a script, its unique, and unlike any i know of in the 'old world'.   i saved the images, and will post in group files, if you dont object.  i expected inka script to resemble ancient frisian writing derived from their world wheel.   any tiwanakan script would be much older.  i would look for inka writing at cuzco, on the palace walls, below the soil line.  its just my opinion.
      Kind regards,
      Mike White

      Hello All
This is a small summary of the rough draft of the work .
I discovered this writing in one vasija of Anco Anco. La Paz Bolivia, and
I translated it, I send the translation to them in kechua. This is the
absolute test of pre-Columbian writing in the Andean area. The signs take
them for the comparison from the work from W.Burns and Manasses Lancho in
Peru. I am writing a book with this discovery. The University San
Francisco de Asi's will publish it. The photo is of a book of Ponce
Sanjines and Another one of a work of Max Portugal. I am going to compare
with the languages Aymara and Puquina. The meaning of the writing did not
change. The possible kings are the 5. Capac Yupanqui Inca. Mythical. or
the 10. Tupac Inca Yupanqui Historico 1471.1493. Sanjines and Portugal
says in their works, that vasija is of the expansive period of
Tiwanaku.]Century 12.   I believe that acording whith Rowe, this  is of
the invasion of the Incas to the zone of the plateau of Bolivia. The
sector of above is similar to tiwanaku, I think that the signs left
Tiwanaku to Wari and Wari to the Incas. The writing of vasija is previous
to the drawings of Guaman Poma.I am going to confirm the archaeological
data. I wanted to communicate with W. Burns, but he not this available
one. I cannot wait for l am. sorry . I want opinion of all you.

      Guaman Poma list .
Tupac Inca Yupanqui Capaj ---     Inca 10. Historical
or Tupac  yupanqui  Inca  Tupac.---Inka 5  Mythical.
      Scripture without doubts.
