Searching for information about the family of Thomas John Farquhar. His
family is on the 1841 census and he shows up as age 9 on the 1851 census.
His father was a "joiner" and in 1841 they lived on Marden Street. In 1851
his Mother was listed as a widow and they lived on Thread Needle Street.
His mother was listed as a "Whites-----undter". His siblings were
Margaret(16-an apprentice milliner), William (15-an "Ostler") and Alexander
(13-an apprentice "Flesher"). Any information about this family and their
occupations would be appreciated. I believe Thomas were first to County
Monoghan, Ireland and then to New Jersey where he had four children and may
      have worked on the railroad.
