Hello all! I'm a new member and this is my first post. Just wondering
      if anyone can help...

My grandma is Mary Ritchie Buchan b 1941 from St Combs. Her father
was Alexander Buchan (of Alexander Buchan & Sons, Fraserburgh)
      b. 28/10/1909 d. 28/01/1983 and married Chrissie Masson Ritchie b.
28/01/1909 (exact same DOB) d. 07/04/2003. His father was William
      Buchan (aka Williky) b. 02/12/1882 d. 13/05/1920 (St Combs)and
married Maggie Bruce Buchan d. 25/03/1972. Im sure his father was
Alexander Buchan aka Pope b. 16/09/1954 d.07/07/1918 (St Combs)
      married to Elizabeth Strachan b. 20/05/1857 d. 01/01/1923.
According to a source I found Alexander Buchan may have been born to
John Buchan and Margaret Tait born c.1830. Is this familiar to
anyone? If this is the case, was John born on 29/01/1831 and died
15/08/1959 - his parents being Jean Bruce and John Buchan??

I also have Buchan's in my family tree from Inverallochy. James
Buchan born c1885 married Betsy Ritchie on 06/09/1903. They had about
14 children (one being my great-nana Helen Ritchie Buchan b.
04/02/1920) and I think they lived at Frederick Street. Can anyone
      expand on this?

      John Forman b. 1795 married to Marjory Greig (b. 1805 d.1876) on
31/10/1830 from Peterhead were my g-g-g-g-grandparents. That's the
only information I have on them apart from John parents were John
Forman and Margaret Buchan. Does anyone know more about their parents
      etc?

The surnames I have in my family tree are mostly Forman, Buchan,
Strachan, Noble and Ritchie. If you would like any information please
      get in touch :)

Thank you! Kind regards, Ja├žlyn :)
