        The challenge document states:

        “Presentation requirements:
All teams must present live. The team may use media equipment (if available) only to enhance the live presentation...”

In Illinois, we interpret this language to mean that the bulk of the presentation must be live.  A team may use a small video clip as part of the presentation but the overall feel should be that it is a “live” presentation in which all team members attending the tournament are active participants.

Teams should also contact their tournament coordinators if they are contemplating projecting information to check on the configuration/set-up of the project judging room.  Projector screens or equipment are not generally provided for teams to use and some rooms may be set up so that it would be difficult to project information even if a team were to bring their own equipment and screen.

Please also note that following FIRST’s policy, teams should expect to be given 5 minutes to enter the room, set up, and make their presentation.
