All ACYPL programs incorporate the emerging political leadership (ages 25-40) of its partner countries, seeking to prepare tomorrow’s decision-makers to responsibly face important international issues. For this program, seven (7) will be chosen to participate (please see the Delegate Selection Guidelines for application information). The participants will come from both local and national governments to allow for a variety of perspectives and to demonstrate that, to be effective, a spirit of cooperation must exist at all levels of government. Delegates will be selected to ensure a balance in political representation, geography, and gender within the delegation.
