      JASSO – Ibaraki Scholarship

      Ibaraki University is prepared to accept a few full-time undergraduate students from Universitas Gadjah Mada, full scholarship for selected applicants will be given by JASSO. Eligible applicants are those who fulfill these qualifications:

      1. Students who demonstrate academic excellence and personal integrity
      2. Students who do not intend to seek a degree at Ibaraki University
      3. Students who have definite purpose and plan of study abroad and are expected to obtain profitable results through studying in Japan
      4. Students who while studying at Ibaraki University, continue to be registered as a full time student at UGM and return to UGM as soon as term of study at Ibaraki University is over

      For those who are willing to apply in this scholarship please complete the necessary documents as described below:

      1. Application Form For The Exchange Program
      2 Certificate of Enrollment of the Applicant for the Exchange Program
      3. Study Plan in Japan
      4. Certificate of Academic Record
      5. Photocopy of Passport if available
      6. Photograph 4 x 3 cm (3 copies)
      7. Medical Certificate
      8. Application for Certificate of Eligibility
      9. Personal History

      As for 1, 2, 3, 8, and 9, use the designated form Office of International Affairs (Kantor Urusan Internasional) Universitas Gadjah Mada

      The deadline for submission: 29 October 2009 at Office of International Affairs UGM
