      Hi Mesha -

I wanted to introduce you to two other amazing women who have drug policy experience and are leaders from communities of color-

Dege is the state wide coordinator -based in socal who has advised on the congressional state and local levels and is the president of Patient Advovacy Network - and is an African American leader .

      and secondly
Alex franco based in SF who is from the Latino community and has spearheaded such efforts as translating the law enforcement encounter resources manual into spanish and has represented two latino owned co-ops that are compassionate in sf -

as well as work dating all the way back to prop S in SF - both of these fine ladies did pioneering work for Americans for safe access and secured their national success, since left and found their own leadership positions. -

and I am sure would back your candidacy for lowest priority as well as be useful in the Black and Brown Just policy conversation/organization,

and I am sure you already know
Tiny and Jewnbug who could help further exposure with Poor Magazine - as well as three City Hall folks ,

Cristina Olague who has worked on drug policy from her position on the Planning Commission, of course always busy but grea tinsight,
      Police Comissionner
David Campos  and last but never least Supervisor Ross Mirkarimi !

      love s
