      It does not matter what lenses are used in a any pitched angle shooting
      position.
      What matters is, that you pitch the "entire" (click the button for it)
      projection of the panorama in the PTGui editor.
      You could also pitch each individual image in the image paramater panel
      settings.....but why spend more effort than needed?
      You can do that manually just by dragging the projection in the editor
      any place or use the numerical input panel.
      It can also be done in PS with the PTadjust plugin with any finished
      rendered projection.
      That applies to roll,pitch and yaw angles within a sphere.
