      Just to be sure: are you selecting Lens Type as cylindrical with an
      hfov of 180 (or whatever it really is) on the Lens Settings tab, and
      selecting Projection type as Cylindrical on the Panorama Settings tab,
      with the same hfov as the lens? That should work ok. I've never seen
      it fail.
