You can find a wider choice by searching http://www.addall.com/
Several books (for example, Pali Primer), are available on-line.
Some of them are listed in the Pali section of http://dhamma.ru/sadhu/
- http://www.pariyatti.com/frontpage.htm appears to have a reasonable selection of pali language books including Gair and Karunatillake, Warder and de Silva for those in the US. I'm in the UK myself tho so I've had no dealings with them.
http://www.wisdom-books.com/Default.asp is another option for those in the UK. I plan to get a copy of Warder from them (having ordered but not received it from Amazon and Tesco) as soon as I have some money. They also list Gair and Karunatillake and Johansson amongst others.

If anyone knows of other options for ordering Geir/Karunatilleke I'd
also be interested in hearing of it. Hope this helps,
