      The turning of the wind

Sunsets rays turned orange and red
and the earth lay quiet and green,
      silent air and stillness there
      completes the summer scene.

A distant sound hummed to say,
I bid the day its end,
the cayote cried a brief goodbye
in the turning of the wind.

      Starlight played its tinkling bell,
      and meteors crossed the sky,
      whispy clouds made their descend,
      moondance found my eye.

      coolness blue and violet hue,
      smooth earth and crystals shone.
      Earthshines alabaster glow,
      speaks, we are not alone.

      Seven sisters rise above,
      aurora dances her ascend.
Jasmin plays a song of love,
in the turning of the wind.
