13 Goals Poem: Keep Your Words In Order
- The sixth goal,
Keep your words in order.
Your mouth control,
Keep negativity from crossing its border.
Profane words thought cool,
Begun their use as a teen.
Know as an adult they are foolish and cruel,
Leaving spirits feeling unclean.
Like a bad habit,
Hard to unlearn.
Their use need to omit,
And for nicer language do we yearn.
Words can be as sweet as honey,
Or as cutting as a whip.
Hurting others with words is not funny,
So on wordage get a grip.
