Aches and Pains - Glucosamine
- Beware Glucosamine if you have a shellfish allergy, as shellfish
seems to be the source of Glucosamine.
I cannot handle shellfish - a shrimp free diet, unfortunately.
So, Glucosamine is out. Chondroitin is not nearly as effective,
according to my MD.
