      It's obviously the formidable James Mosley, past librarian at St.
      Bride Library and currently teaching at the University of Reading. (If
      the signatures on some of the posts and the email address weren't
      enough, the wide readng and research interests would peg it as either
      a very smart British researcher, a student of Mosley or one of his
      students.

      When Mosley spoke to APHA on receiving their individual award a few
      years ago, and he had some biographical comments that were quite
      interesting:
