      The vertical shoulders result from using a point light source that's far
      from the plate's surface. Photopolymer platemakers have a bank of
      fluorescent lights (unlike a Nuarc), and as a result the shoulder is
      more at an angle. You might need to purchase a platemaker for
      photopolymer, or build a bank of UV fluorescent lights 1-2 inches above
      the vacuum frame, to achieve the plate you're looking for.
