Dear Navy League Council President,
To thank you for the support you have shown the United State Armed Forces, the USS Hornet Museum is hosting an Open House for Navy League members on Saturday, March 20, 2010 . Navy League members can show their NLUS member identification card to be granted free admission on March 20th. In addition to guided tours there will several other exciting happenings on that day including Sea Cadet drills, musical entertainment by the Naval Academy and aircraft elevator rides.
We are inviting you and your council members aboard to show you what the USS Hornet Museum has to offer. While you tour and enjoy the museum during a Living Ship Day, we will provide you with the opportunity to learn more about our membership benefits and programs.
In addition, the Navy League will be present to promote all of the benefits the NLUS has to offer to the museum public at large.
Attached you will find a flyer further detailing the events of the day. Early next week you will receive a paper copy of the flyer as well as a membership brochure and a list of upcoming events.
I hope to see you there.
