      Thought you might appreciate a heads up on this. If you are not a member of San Francisco's Commonwealth Club, it is likely you are not aware these two Navy officers will be speaking in Baghdad by the Bay.
       
      If you enjoy listening to prominent speakers and attending receptions, the Commonwealth Club is hard to beat. Tell 'em Phelps sent you.

      ESTABLISHING SECURITY AND STABILITY IN THE CENTRAL COMMAND REGION
      Admiral Fallon replaced General Abizaid as commander at U.S. Central Command in March 2007, before which time he was the commander at U.S. Pacific Command. A graduate of the Naval War College and National War College, Admiral Fallon is the recipient of numerous medals and decorations. His remarks will include an update of U.S. military involvement in Iraq and Afghanistan.
