      RAdm. Manson K. Brown, USCG, Guest Speaker at Luncheon June 18th

      Rear Admiral (lower half) Manson K. Brown, USCG, is Commander, Maintenance Logistics Command Pacific He is a native of Washington, DC and a 1978 grad of the USCG Academy. He has numerous engineering degrees and certificates. He is a registered professional civil engineer.

      Before assuming command last June he has had progressively challenging duty assignments and commands on the east and west coasts, Hawaii and Baghdad.

      His military decorations are extensive and include meritorious service medals, commendation medals, achievement medals, and campaign medals. He was the first recipient of a USCG inspirational leadership award.

      RAdm. Brown can talk on a variety of subjects with authority. His time with us promises to be both informative and entertaining. We will find out what’s current and on the horizon within his command as well as some other little discussed cutting edge USCG activities.
