The 3.5 RSRD version of rsrdclassesbase.lst uses the syntax
      AUTO:ARMORPROF|TYPE=Light|TYPE=Medium|TYPE=Heavy to give a class
armor proficiency with light, medium and heavy armor. In the 3.0
SRD version of the same file, it is done using FEATAUTO and
including the appropriate armor proficiency feats.

The problem is that I have a prestige class that lists heavy armor
proficiency as one of the requirements. Using the 3.0 SRD, this was
done using PREFEAT:1,Armor Proficiency (Heavy). However, with the
3.5 RSRD (version 13), it doesn't recognize the character as having
that feat, so the prestige class may not be selected.

To fix the 3.5 version of this prestige class, what would be the
appropriate thing to do? Should rsrdclassesbase.lst be changed back
to using FEATAUTO? Or is there some other way to check for heavy
armor proficiency (such as a PREARMORPROF tag)?
