If you are adding to the current movement rate:
where x = the additional feet added to the rate. (x=10 would allow a
normal unencumbered human to have a movement rate of 40.)
If you are multipying the current movement rate:
where y = the multiplier you are replacing the current rate with.
(y=2 would change the movement rate of a normal unencumbered human
from 30 to 60.)
