Larry - Allan - Group.  The only  " Dry State " we have down here , is the one you are in when you wake up of a morning.!
Is that right Bob C ?  The closest State line to Perth is due East approx. 800 miles [ WA - South Aust border ]

      Larry & Lorene:

Since my bar-hopping days are long over, I think this is funny. Decatur (Alabama) has a great many restaurants and bars. Surrounded by dry counties so they do very well. But they are hurting this year as Decatur has a strict law - no booze sale on Sundays! One restaurant owner says he counts on New Year's Eve to pay his taxes for the whole year - but not this year!

Alabama has a law that allows a city within a county to go wet even if the county is dry - that's the case there. Oh, the Puritans are still having their day!
