I think it's a little more than that - you need 6 digits for an easting, so in addition to dropping the leading zero, you need to add one digit to the other

Anyone know how the files are organized, eg, how are the tiles named and put into folders. Obviously the top folders go west to east and the tile names go

I don't know about a possible name change to Big Maps, I don't think so. My Ozi internet maps has been working reliably with Virtual Earth Streets for years.
