Supreme Court Decision Puts Burden of Proof on Parents
As you may have heard, yesterday (11/14) the U.S. Supreme Court ruled against the parents of a special education student, holding that when parents challenge the sufficiency of an IEP, the parents (rather than the school district) bear the burden of proof.
