      BELGRADE, Serbia-Montenegro – Patriarch Pavle, the head of the Serbian Orthodox Church, was released from hospital Friday after nearly one month of medical treatment, the church said. The 91-year-old leader of more than 7 million Orthodox Serbs was in good condition, according to state-run Serbian television.
