      Representatives of the Moscow Patriarchate of the Russian Orthodox
      Church have established a chapel for the Chinese in Kemerovo. [Ed.:
      Kemerovo is in the southern part of western Siberia.]

      On Friday Fr. Vladimir Kurlyuta, priest-in-charge Cathedral of the
