      Orthodox Religious Procession Vladivostok-Kyiv Launched

      In Vladivostok, Russia, on 30 May, the International religious
      procession carrying parts of the relics of St. Prince Volodymyr was
      launched on occasion of the 1025th anniversary of Baptism of Rus.

      According to a UNIAN report, the procession will be held in the
      territory of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus and will arrive in Kyiv on 27 July.

      “The Procession will cover the territory of the whole historic Rus, from
      the Far East to Uzhhorod and will end in Kyiv in Khreshtayk on 27 July.
      The procession will be met by hierarchs of the local Orthodox Churches.
      The official ceremony will be followed by a grand celebratory concert
      with the participation of known and popular performers,” stated the
      organizers.
