The Council of Bishops of the Serbian Church removed Bishop Constantine from managing the Central European Diocese
       29 May 2013.

Source: Sedmitsa.Ru BELGRADE. Council of Bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church adopted the first personnel decisions reports the official website of the Serbian Patriarchate.
Having reviewed the situation in the Central European Diocese, which brings together the Serbian Orthodox parishes in Germany, the Council removed Bishop Constantine (Jokich) as administrator.

The main complaints against Bishop Constantine are suspected of embezzlement of church funds and inefficient administration of the diocese. His continuing to serve  will depend on the decision of Serbian Patriarch Ireney.
