      Procession to be held along the border with China

      A procession under the motto "Life for the glory of the Fatherland" will begin in the Primorsky Region on August 14 and will go along the Russia's border [with China]. It will be dedicated to 200th anniversary of a prominent Russian public figure , Nikolai Muraviev-Amur, the Vladivostok diocese reported to Interfax-Religion.

      The Federal Security Service's Cross Border Management will provide assistance in Primorsky Krai.

      Believers will make stops in Luchegorske, Dalnerechensk, Lesozavodsk, Spassky, Chernigovka, Ussuriisk, Razdolne, Slavyanka, Posiet.

      It is expected that the procession will go by patrol boats from Slavyanka to Vladivostok's embankment on August 23. Commemorative events celebrating the 200th birthday of N. Muravev-Amur will be take place in the city on this day. After a thanksgiving service, the procession will culminate at the famous count's grave.
