BELGRADE -- A church was built on the border between Serbia and
Montenegro, where Bishop Filaret last year went on a hunger strike
      that lasted 12 days.

The Serbian Orthodox (SPC) temple will be consecrated on Sunday.

The ceremony this weekend will be attended by outgoing Infrastructure
Minister Velimir Ilic', NS, and the leader of Montenegro's Serb
      People's Party Andrija Mandic'.

The bishop embarked on a protest after Montenegrin authorities denied
him entry, citing concerns over the fact his name appeared on a Hague
Tribunal list of alleged war crime fugitives' helpers.

Bishop Filaret told reporters he now faces no restrictions as he
visits the SPC monasteries and churches in Montenegro's north, since
he reports to that country's MUP before crossing the border.
