      Hello all,

      Glenn and I spent Sunday afternoon at San Joaquin, and saw a nice assortment of raptors
      (a Red-Shouldered Hawk, an Osprey, a White-Tailed Kite), as well as several mating
      couples (Avocets, Black-Necked Stilts, Killdeers) in the ponds near the entrance.

      The highlight of the day was a pair of Least Bitterns hanging out in the reeds on the edge
      of one of the unnamed little ponds adjacent to Pond 4. Here's a link to some of Glenn's
