You've all browsed through the old pictures in yahoo groups & been frustrated
at the lack of information provided, & the page after page of poorly formatted,
thus strung out & hard to find material. This can very easily be avoided as
      follows.

When posting pictures to the groups yahoo site please note three things:
#1, You must first either create an album, or select an existing one to put
the pix in. Click "add photo" in the lower right hand corner for either.

#2, When filling in the photo(or album) name, though there appears to be only a
short line there, in fact you can put quite a bit of information in it. The
same is true of the Description. You can literally compose a long paragraph or
two in whatever word processor you want, then copy/past it to that line & it
will show up in the final product. Please don't post a pix then force us to
guess what it is. Put something in the name, or description, areas that
pertains to the picture, not just your name or call.

#3, After you have progressed past the above you will be on the "add photo"
page & prompted to "select files". DON'T! Go down & click on "basic uploader".
This is much easier & allows you to do several pictures all at one time.

Use an existing album whenever your picture fits that topic. For instance if
you want to post a pic of yourself put it in "The Guys" album. If it's a pix of
a Transworld, Harris, Codan etc product, put the pix in one of these albums.

Let us all know when you've added something.

      That's it.

Currently our pictures section is laid out very nicely & provides a maximum of
information given the limited space. Lets keep it that way.

One last note on posting pictures.
If you send attachments directly to the group via email, the only people that
will be able to see those attachments are those who have their preferences set
to individual emails. Those set for web, or digest mode, will not see the
      attachments.

      Thanks
