Sorry for the late send, I know Roundtable is tonight. . . .
Please share this great opportunity for your Scouts to show their buddies the great fun that can be had in Scouting. The Stafford County Hartwood Days Festival invites all Scouts (and Scouters) to come out and have Fun on the 8th of September 2012, and bring someone who is NOT a Scout, so they can see how much fun we have!
This FREE event is open to ALL youth and their families, so bring them on out, and if they like having fun, they can even Join Scouting on the spot. You could even earn the Recruiter Patch! The Trailblazer ™ Adventure program will have some cool hands on activities, from Archery, to BB’s to Black Powder, to Trapping, Fishing, and more! There’s a new Agricultural area, and Scouts can take a Walk through Time in the Living History area. Seeing Roman soldiers and WWII jeeps is awesome! There are even some hard to get Merit Badges available (pre-register on the website) at the Badge Workshop held on site! Older Scouts and Venturer’s will enjoy the new Teen Jam held that evening. Not to mention all of the other Vendors, Exhibitors, Rides, Food and Music that will be available, it’ll be a great time! Additional Info is available on the Website at www.hartwooddays.org, See you there!
