The copy of Defender that we have on the group's website includes
two dll files that were released with the Centipede version.
When the manual was written, Otter was available from the author's
website and the subsequent releases of new exe files did not include
the .dll files - hence the instruction to install Centipede first.
Since we have made the dlls part of the Defender download from the
group website, it is no longer necessary to install Centipede first.
