Tony, Really good point. I have a sister refractor, a Skywatcher 120 mm. I replaced the focuser with one from Moonlite a few years ago for the reason firstname.lastname@example.org
Optically these are probably fine, but I tested one for astrophotography and the focuser couldn't handle the weight. Glass-heavy eyepieces, like many Televuerockeyecandy
