Hi RPCVs – Stanford University has offered to serve as a hub for a regional Peace Corps 50th Anniversary Commemoration and is moving forward on plans for a great event.

** Please Save the Dates: Friday, April 15 & Saturday, April 16 **

The event will be part reunion / part inspiration for current students / and part in-depth dialogue on how best to prepare the next generation for international service. Stanford wishes to reach out to the region’s RPCVs to gauge your level of interest and invite you to be a part of the planning. Our office is thrilled to have Stanford host a South Bay event that compliments other celebrations in San Francisco and Berkeley.

To indicate your interest and receive future communication on the Stanford event, please fill out this short form by Jan. 1: http://www.stanford.edu/dept/haas/outside/SRPCV.fb <http://www.stanford.edu/dept/haas/outside/SRPCV.fb>

(Everyone welcome – please forward this link to others who may be interested).

The next planning meeting will be:

      Wednesday, January 5
      4PM
      Stanford University
      Haas Center for Public Service
      1st floor conference room.

      All are welcome!

      Thanks and Seasons Greetings,

      Hale Sargent
