Hi all. I'm looking for information on self-administering section 125 & 129 plans. Can anyone point me to some good resources?
Specifically, we're considering an employee-contribution dependent care FSA and a premium-only plan. A health FSA might be an option, too.
Did you write your own plan document or buy one? If you wrote one, did you use a template? Where did you get it? If you bought one, who was the vendor? Were you happy with the service? Do you remember how much you paid? (I've seen quotes between $250 & $600 and am wondering why there's such a discrepancy.)
A how-to guide would also be fabulous -- something that explains all the requirements of a plan, with tips for administering. Does anyone know of anything like this?
