Group Description

Kalyan means prosperity, auspiciousness, welfare, happiness and so many other good things. Actually Kalyan in Sanskrit is an adjective relating to these and Kalyanam is a noun meaning happiness etc. Everything that leads to real happiness and also the resultant happiness is Kalyan.

Nitya means everlasting, eternal, regular, perpetual and so on. If happiness is short-lived, then it is not a worthy objective. Nitya Kalyan stands for eternal happiness, to be more specific, Infinite Bliss and also the means leading to it.

Infinite Bliss is not an idle dream that becomes real fortuitously to a select few. Vedic philosophy, built on the pillars of Dharma, proclaims that it is the birthright of all living beings. A serious student of the Vedic philosophy knows how result-oriented it is.

Nitya Kalyan, our international English monthly magazine, is an enlightener of our Culture and Heritage; a guide for the attainment of the objectives of life; a companion for ennobling our thoughts and deeds; a watchdog against any possible aberrations in the context of hasty modern life; a systematic and periodical inflow of great thoughts to ensure our Self Development at physical, mental, intellectual and spiritual levels; a value-builder for all the members of the family.

This group provides a platform for the authors and readers of Nitya Kalyan, for healthy exchange of ideas for the promotion of Universal Oneness and Harmony, the fundamental aspects of the Vedas.
